af1a0e37f7 Wire up JT65 Fast/Normal/Deep for HF decoding. Use Random erasure patterns, Aggressive decoding level, and Two pass decoding checkbox only for VHF/UHF/Microwave operation.

a5e10b9967 Some changes to facilitate experimentation. 
1. Send nQSOProgress into jt65 decoder.
2. Add experimental version of extract.f90.
3. Change CMakeFile.txt to use experimental routines.

e25dd201a3 Experimental changes to JT65 decoder: 
1. Change to rectangular FFT window for 2D sync spectrum (ss).
2. Move 2D sync spectrum array to common block.
3. Change to quarter-symbol steps for the ss array.
4. Allow up to 4 decoding passes.
5. Wire up Fast/Normal/Deep for 2, 3, or 4 decoding passes.
6. Make minsmo=0 (instead of 1) for minimally spread JT65B/C signals.

df35f519df 1. As a test, zap any data at start if id2() that appears to be a T/R transient. 
2. Send emedelay (now 0 or 2.5) to QRA64 decoder.
3. Tweaks to sync64, making it better for QRA64A.
4. Mainwindow MessageBox if it attempts to open a file with wrong format.

f82ee7c4e3 Correct several VHF/UHF/Microwave items on Rex's list. Specifically: 
1. Allow display of JT65 single-line decodes when there is also an
   average decode.
5. Do not call JT4 deep search if Fano decode has succeeded.
7. Fix occasional Fortran error seen with the "#" (nflip=-1) sync.

c7dfc1ee00 1. Protect against wrong ID of f0 being fit by lorentzian(), when Ftol is large.
