Ctrl+M (Cmd+M) was being used as a menu shortcut and in key press event handlers which leads to inconsistent behaviour on some platforms. Removed menu action shortcut. Also tidied up handling of the hide controls menu action by making it a checkable action and using its checked state to store the control hiding state. git-svn-id: svn+ssh://svn.code.sf.net/p/wsjt/wsjt/branches/wsjtx@7608 ab8295b8-cf94-4d9e-aec4-7959e3be5d79
